How to Get to Boracay Island

Airplane Transortation to Boracay Island

There are many options to choose from, cause now a days there are many trip services that will go to boracay island.

If you are in Manila and Cebu, there are now avaliable direct flights to Caticlan in Aklan, Cebu Pacific Air and Philippine Airlines Express are the two Airplane Company in Philippines that offers this kind of services in the current days.

Take a Bus ride Ceres Liners

Another way to go to boracay island is take a bus ride from Iloilo City (Ceres Liners) if you want less cost and more practical kind of person just take a bus ride as the air conditioned type of bus will only charge 350 to 400 peoso for a one way trip. Ceres liners are found in Tagbak, Iloilo City, and Jaro Terminal just ask the locals there and they will get you there.

Trips schedule start from 3:00 am and the Last Schedule trip 2:00 pm. If you are in a group that consist 7 to 10 people private vans is a perfect type for your group to use to get to boracay island, private vans can be hired from Iloilo City prices ranging from 3500 to 4000 pesos one way.

When you arrive at the Caticlan Wharf. Non Aklan residents and tourist have to pay 50 pesos for the environmental free. and another 50 pesos for the terminal fee. 15 minutes for only 20 pesos boat ride to Boracay Island, Upon Arriving At Boracay Island there are many pedicabs that will take you to the different places in Boracay Island, 20pesos per head and if you want to occupy the whole pedicab you will be charge 100 pesos.
